Storage pool

The storage pool is the combination of the multiple hard drive connected to a system and use as one single hard drive.

 

  • A storage pool is created if we have two small storage hard disk instead of one single hard disk .
  • A storage pool is created for merging two or more hard disk and to make them use or work as a single hard disk.
  • The client oprating system which contains the storage pool are windows 8.1/windows 10.
  • The server oprating system of windows server 8 and all the later version consist of the storage pool system in it.
