File Sharing:-
File Sharing is Technique use for send a file between two or more Computer or laptop and for sending a file both are computer must be in network.
Example:- For example one file needed to be send to another person he will use the file sharing application to deliver the file or to share the file the person can use the file sharing method.
Sometimes you may have large file sizes that cannot be shared as a attachment with your normal outlook or emails.At such a time its a good to share your files using free file sharing sites like:
- Dropbox
- We transfer
- Plus Transfer
- Mediafire
- sendspace
The file sharing can be conducted in many medium of network connection like in local area network using the LAN connection as a medium as the Microsoft itself provides a file sharing facility to share files between the computers present in the local network. but if the user want to share the file to the person sitting at the remote location the user has to depend upon the third party application.Some of the third party application are listed above..
If the user want to connect with the remote location person and share the file with him/her user needs to generate a username and a password to protect the file from unauthorized access there are some requirement when the user is sharing the file with another person the important requirements are.
- Network connection(local or internet)
- Transfer application (Microsoft inbuilt in case of LAN \ third party application in case of remote sharing)
- Application user id on both the side of the sharing .
